Lee Galperin - Vice President

Lee joined Smith & Warren in January, 2000. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University in Acounting & Finance and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. Prior to Smith & Warren Lee worked for Arthur Anderson in their Industrial Products division.

Lee began his career at Smith & Warren as a teenager learning the badge manufacturing process from the inside. Today Lee is company Vice President and oversees production, quality control, sales, marketing, product development and business development. Lee is passionate about the products that Smith & Warren produces, and truly enjoys working with Smith & Warren customers. Lee is always interested in learning new ways to service Smith & Warren customers and to improve their buying experience.

In his spare time Lee enjoys traveling, skiing, kitesurfing and spending time with his wife, two sons and family.

Joshua Medeiros - Director of Marketing, Federal, Military, International Sales

Josh joined the Smith & Warren team in May, 2009 to fill a marketing role. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant University and brings with him 7 years of successful badge and insignia sales experience.

As Director of Marketing Josh works closely with Smith & Warren dealers, customers, media partners and staff to build the Smith & Warren brand and to Communicate the unique services available ONLY from Smith & Warren. In addition to his marketing role, Josh also manages the Smith & Warren Military Division, heads up the Federal sales team, administers Smith & Warren's GSA Contract and handles sales and service to all International Customers.

When Josh takes a break from marketing Smith & Warren badges and insignia he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with family.

Erin Bellew - Regional Account Manager (Southern States)

Erin joined Smith & Warren in October, 2007 as a Regional Account Manager to Smith & Warren Dealers and Customers in the Southern States. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and worked in the tax accounting field for 3 years. In addition to her accounting background Erin posseses 3 years of prior public safety retail sales experience, bringing a unique understanding of the needs and concerns of Public Safety dealers.

As Regional Account Manager Erin works closely with Smith & Warren dealer customers in the South to help promote Smith & Warren
Products to customers and Public Safety Professionals, and to train dealers on the unique features that set Smith & Warren badges apart.

Erin's favorite part of working at Smith & Warren? The family atmosphere inside and out, and the close relationships formed with dealers and customers throughout the country. When not focused on badges, Erin enjoys traveling, Biking, Hiking, and spending time with family.

Sal Raniolo - Regional Account Manager (Northern States)

Sal joined Smith & Warren in April, 2007 as a Regional Account Manager to Smith & Warren Dealers and Customers in the Northern States. Sal holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oswego State University.

As Regional Account Manager Sal works to build positive relationships with dealers and customers, and promote Smith & Warren
products to customers and Public Safety Professionals alike. Sal also enjoys working with Smith & Warren dealers to provide training and education about all Smith & Warren products.Prior to working at Smith & Warren Sal worked for one of the country's largest market research firms, and has owned his own business in the restaurant industry.

When Sal takes a break from Badges he enjoys Golfing and spending time with friends and family (especially his new baby boy!)

Kathie - Custom Products Specialist

Kathie joined Smith & Warren in January, 2005 as a Custom Product Specialist. Kathie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Purchase College. Prior to joining Smith & Warren Kathie worked in food service and retail management for four years.

As Custom Product Specialist Kathie works behind the scenes to bring you custom Seals, Coins, and Pins created specifically for your department, agency or organization. Kathie is passionate about creating custom Smith & Warren products and enjoys working with the Smith & Warren sales team, dealers, and end users to produce truly unique Badges, Seals, Challenge Coins and Lapel Pins.

When not working on new product designs, you can find Kathie lounging with a book, entertaining her pets, or cooking for Family and Friends.

Customer Service Team
Stephanie - Customer Service Manager

Stephanie joined Smith & Warren in 2001 after a successful career in executive administration and event planning and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University. Among many other accomplishments, she has recruited and trained our customer service and support staff.

Although she is very busy working behind the scenes she continues to enjoy picking up the phone to help customers. Stephanie believes that customer service is a priority and she leads by example. "We have an excellent staff in the office, but I enjoy working with customers and that part of the job is something I never want to give up" says Stephanie.

When not busy at work Stephanie enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling and spending time with family and friends

Dawn - Customer Service Supervisor

Dawn started her career at Smith & Warren in 1996 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pace University. Dawn has done just about every customer service, administrative and sales job in the company. She is known by many Smith & Warren customers as the most knowledgeable and reliable person in the badge business. Dawn is a true advocate for customers and she particularly enjoys helping customers with immediate or special needs. Dawns' extensive knowledge of the company and products allows her to offer a level of service that customers appreciate.

Dawn frequently comments that she enjoys working at Smith & Warren because it provides a small business atmosphere with the systems, infrastructure and manufacturing capacity of a large company.

When not at work Dawn enjoys spending time with family, taking long drives and traveling.
