product representation agreement has been reached with DIXIE MARKETING of
Fayetteville, Georgia. DIXIE MARKETING will begin representing the complete
product line as of October 1, 2004 in the following states: FLORIDA, GEORGIA,
ALABAMA, MISSISSIPPI, SOUTH CAROLINA, NORTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE and WEST
VIRGINIA.
This agreement is part of an effort to establish regular and formal communication
between the SMITH & WARREN factory, authorized dealers and loyal customers.

capacity first and then go out and sell it. We have re-invested capital
over the past five years amost entirely into our manufacturing facility.
