Your privacy is important to Smith & Warren (“Smith & Warren” or “us”, “our” or “we”). This online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, share, use and protect users’ (“you” or “your”) personal information when they visit or interact with this Internet website, as well as use of any related websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and further as well as any related applications, mobile platforms, services, tools, modules, remote services and/or servers that are operated by, under the control of, or otherwise for the direct benefit of Smith & Warren (collectively, the “Website”).

Please note that we may not be able to process your request if your designated agent and/or you do not provide us with the above information.

We will respond to most consumer requests within 30 to 45 days of receipt, depending upon where you reside.  However, some requests may take longer.  We will notify you if we need more time to respond.  We have the ability to deny your request(s) if certain exceptions in the law apply. If we do deny your request, we will provide you with the reasons for such denial. Normally, we do not charge a fee to process or respond to consumer requests.  However, we may charge a fee for a second or subsequent request within a 12-month period.
