Learn what happens after you request a quote from Smith & Warren, including design review, dealer assignment, pricing, and the ordering process.
When you request a quote from Smith & Warren, our team reviews your design and sends it to an authorized dealer who will provide pricing and help you place your order.
Here is what happens next:
1. Smith & Warren Reviews Your Design
After you click Request a Quote in VisualBadge, a Smith & Warren team member reviews the design and product information you submitted to make sure the necessary details are included.
2. Your Quote Is Assigned to an Authorized Dealer
We send your quote request and design information to a Smith & Warren authorized dealer.
If you already work with a preferred dealer, let us know when submitting your request and we can send the quote to them.
3. Your Dealer Contacts You
Your assigned dealer will typically contact you within one business day.
The dealer will provide your complete quote, including:
- Product pricing
- Applicable quantity discounts
- Shipping costs
- Any additional ordering information
4. Your Dealer Helps You Place the Order
Once you have reviewed the quote, your dealer will guide you through the ordering process and confirm the information needed to place your order.
Requesting a quote helps ensure that the design and specifications you created are sent accurately to the dealer, reducing the need to recreate or explain your badge design.
What If I Don't Hear From My Dealer?
If you do not hear from your assigned dealer or would prefer to work with a different authorized dealer, contact Smith & Warren. We can help follow up or reassign your quote request to another dealer.
Does Requesting a Quote Add Me to a Mailing List?
No.
Requesting a quote does not automatically subscribe you to Smith & Warren marketing emails. Unless you separately choose to join our mailing list, Smith & Warren and your authorized dealer will contact you only as needed regarding your quote, design, and order.
Does Requesting a Quote Place an Order?
No. Requesting a quote allows you to receive final pricing and ordering information. You can review the quotation before deciding whether to place your order.
