How do I reorder Smith & Warren Badges?

When you need new badges, we will help you get started on that reorder.

What happens when your department needs to reorder badges and you don’t know how? There are three pieces of information you need. The first thing is confirmation that Smith and Warren is your manufacturer. The second is your badge model number and the third thing is your dealer’s contact information. Whether you are the new person in charge of reordering badges or it has been a few years since you ordered badges, rest assured that we can help you. You would be surprised how many times a month we receive an email or call with some variation of this question. 

All badge reorders will be placed by your dealer and they have detailed information about your badge. In this article, we will explain the two quick steps to confirm that you have a Smith & Warren badge and connect you with your dealer. Our customer support team is available to help you get those reorders - even rush orders - started.

Step 1 - Contact Us for Dealer Information

Reach out to our team through our “Contact Us” form on our website and we will look up your department in our system. There is a drop-down menu on the form and if you select “I want to Re-Order a badge” there is an option to upload an image. Please send us a photo of the front and back of your badge so we can confirm that you do have a Smith & Warren badge.

Step 2 - Contact Your Dealer

A dedicated member of our team will review your photos, and past orders and locate which dealer placed the order on your behalf. We will send you that dealer information so you can reorder badges quickly.

What if I need my reorder rushed?

If an upcoming ceremony has prompted your need to reorder badges, and you need badges quickly, we can rush the order. Once you get in touch with your dealer, Smith & Warren has a 5, 10, and 15-day rush manufacturing service. It is essential that when you contact your dealer you provide three key pieces of information:

  • The number of badges you need.
  • The specific “in-hand” date.
  • The delivery/shipping address for your department.
